The Best Is Yet To Come
I would have to say that I benefited with many of the different exercises and practices. However, I did get a lot of contentment from the Love Kindness exercise, for this has allowed my mind to become sweeten and open. The bitterness that once capature my mine has escaped with no return. The emptyness that I use to feel has been filled with Love Kindnees. The meditation exercises has helped my mind-body-soul come to a complete relaxing state. I feel less tension and stress, the word overwhelming that I use to mention often, does not overtake any longer. If involvement of relaxing techniques are included in the lives of indivduals this will help to lesson the stress levels, improve memory and concentration, decrease pain level and provide room for affection, compassion and love. This can be done by performing yoga, deep breathing technique and Tai Chi. I also like to involve my life with prayer, I believe that prayer is the key and answer to everything in my life. I would implement these practices in my personal life to foster “mental fitness” by performing meditations and prayer in my life.

I never think of things like tai chi and yoga as being forms of meditation, when they are so obvious! I think I could benefit from both the physical and mental benefits of these.
ReplyDeleteHi Chante:
ReplyDeleteThe loving kindness is a great exercise i found this one to also be very benificial to my life as well. It allows you to be alone with your self and send love a postivity to the people in our lives. I really enjoyed doing this exercise as well and I want to incorporate it more into my life.
